Guest guest
, I have noticed that my ADD daughter has this problem also. I work in dentistry so I know it is not her teeth, as you have noticed also. She is, however, a mouth breather and probably due to sinus/allergy also. When she wakes up in the morning, or even a few hours after brushing her teeth.........WHEW!!! it could raise the dead!!!!!!!!! She is becoming self conscious about it too.I am really wondering about the metals also, as I need to get her a hair test to see if she is toxic. if you come up with anything, let me know too, thanks, Cheri****
Guest guest
, your child sounds very much like ours. Bad breath seems to come from nowhere and come on fast. The one thing I have found that knocks it out fast is GSE. I don't know if it is yeast related but it sure works.

Guest guest
Dana-this has been going on a long time though-wouldn't yeast have shown up on her OAT? I've never tried any GSE just treated her for the bacteria problem the OAT showed (not an extreme one.) Do you think we should try GSE? --- In , " danaatty <danaatty@y...> " <danaatty@y...> wrote: > > > Ever since she was very small (maybe a year) my daughter has had > > bouts with bad breath(not from her teeth) she is prone to sinus > > problems so we've always blamed this...does anyone else ever see > this > > in their kids? > > > My kids get like this when they have yeast > > http://www.danasview.net/yeast.htm > > > > all experienced this. I have read many messages by parents whose child showed no yeast on OAT but still responded favorably to yeast treatment. Guest guest
Dana, You said, " or increase probiotic " . Do probiotics help keep yeast under control or can they contribute to it? We've finally confirmed, I think, a phenol issue with our little one. I have 2 questions, one being, can you just give no phenol alone? Without using other enzymes? And, when she's showing an obvious reaction to phenols does that automatically mean she's having a yeast problem? After accidently giving a phenol should you toss in a drop of GSE? Just when I think I have it figured out, I confuse myself. I'm happy that we've finally caught on to the apple thing, it's pretty cool when that light bulb in my brain goes off lol. Last night we gave her a new juice, carrot and mixed fruit, just to see if she'd have a reaction and boy did she. Hyper, hyper hyper and then she woke at 1 am screaming and shaking, she had diarrhea and again the diaper rash except that this time, her cheeks and ears were red and warm also. At this time she is only on culturelle, twice a day. Thanks so much for any assistance. And just a side note, have you written a book yet or what?? Guest guest
For us the bad breath and body odor was due to bacteria. Even taking 3 Culturelle a day for 5 months plus extra Peptizydes didn't knock it although those things did help noticeably. We finally needed to use an antibiotic (colloidal silver in our case) for 10 days, and then it was gone. My son is prone to constipation and the stench comes with that. . Guest guest
, About a year and a half ago, we did an OAT and CDSA in the same week. The OAT came back with no yeast markers at all, but the stool showed that Tom was loaded with yeast :-(. I have read many times of it being the exact opposite (no yeast in stool, but markers for it on the OAT). No yeast testing is 100% (IMHO). Good luck! Guest guest
Aaah see now this would make sense to me. I have never given her antibiotics for the bacteria, just started treating with Culturelle and her OAT suggested a low dose (she only takes 1 a day) so maybe I should either up the dose or look into an antibiotic. Do you think extra Culturelle would be good enough? I would shy away from the silver since I'm convinced she needs chelating already. - -- In , " jornmatt <kjorn@t...> " <kjorn@t...> wrote: > For us the bad breath and body odor was due to bacteria. Guest guest
No yeast testing is 100% Yes, I realize this, but she's never shown other signs...she's very easy going behaviorly (seems like most kids who get yeast get behavior problems simutaneously) and no bm ickies lol. Maybe she just has it in her sinuses like Dana mentioned...don't know. I may try a little gse at some point, but that worries me if its bacteria. I don't need to make that worse. *sigh* -- - In , " sam_hsmom <redmiller@m...> " <redmiller@m...> wrote: > , > > About a year and a half ago, we did an OAT and CDSA in the same > week. Guest guest
> Dana, > You said, " or increase probiotic " . Do probiotics help keep yeast under > control or can they contribute to it? Most probiotics help keep yeast under control. If the child does not tolerate the probiotic, it will cause a regression for a reason other than die off tho. >> We've finally confirmed, I think, > a phenol issue with our little one. Definitely a phenol or other intolerance reaction. Nasty, aren't they? >>And just a side note, have you written a book > yet or what??
