Hi Peggy,

If you got the acknowledgement that you are unsubscribed, I believe

it also said it takes a bit for groups to catch up on that.

Give it a day and if you aren't unsubscribed, write to me and

I'll make sure you get unsubscribed

I am so sorry that you re leaving the group. I just don't know what I would do without it. I feel that we lose a member of our family when someone leaves.

Am I just silly, or does anyone else feel this way?

and plate removed on Feb 6 Tuesday. the screws were removing from my

bone graph. But I am now in alot less pain. This is my 7th surgery on

the same wrist in 21 months! God only knows I am ready to be done

Graham, I have removed you. But you need to know how to remove yourself from a group for future reference. You must go to the group home page .Ours is ... / Every group you are on will have a home page.Every email from every group has some links to the group at the bottom of the page. There is a blue strip with the name of the group near the top of the home page directly above that is a your email address and a few small words ,edit membership. Click on those words From there you can set yourself up to get email , get a once or twice a day digest, or go no email. If you are interested in a subject but want to read a group when you have the time without clogging your

email the last option is best.If you wish to rejoin the group and try that option you can do so at any time. If you want to remove yourself from a group , at the very bottom right of this same page is a button to click on that says Leave group. I hope this was helpful. "Graham T. instructions that provides it has been an attempt at futility. I receive anywhere from 50 to 100 messages a day and this is more than I want to handle . If you have the golden key to this unsubscribe process from would you personally remove my name from the mailing list I would appreciate any helpThank youGraham Dilks Wilkins
