I have been using enzymes for many months now and can't believe that

just now I am having this question:

just wondering if the enzymes are ruined when I sprinkle them on,

say, a piping hot muffin just out of the oven? Would food that hot

kill the enzyme? I used to put the enzymes in my son's drink - but

then switched to adding it to his food because sometimes he doesn't

drink all of his beverage.

TIA-
