I am new the list and need your help

Hello and happy new year,

my name is Bianca and I´m from Germany.Therefor I can speak english a

little bit. I have two children, Marcel 12 year and 7 year last

week. is autism and non verbal. Since april he vomiting every

day. No matter what he eat, if fruit, potato, milk, schokolade and so

on. The doctor don´t find the problem. We had give him human

synthetic secretin and it was good two weeks. Now I don´t get

secretin at this point. Can anyone help me? Where can I find doctor
