Is he right or did he confuse autists with Down syndrom kids (for these, life expectancy was 25 yrs; now it is 50, at least in this country, but he might not have known it). Does anyone know about life expectancy for our guys? Any articles, internet publications? It does not matter after all, we need to be there every day to help them anyway, but it would be kind of better to find out that they can live a little longer...
