Guest guest
I feel you on the timing issues. I also do dosing better and it falls on me to time things. Dad would sleep through an alarm! The day is pretty well veteran area. I take little pill boxes of ala in my pocket, so dosing is available at all times. Have a little container in my bookbag, purse, backpack and bikebag. Let's just say every where we are, a pill box or baggie of ala goes. The night is a challenge me as well. I just plow through, and after a year I am awake every hour or two on auto. I keep an open cup with ala tablets near the bed, with a sippy bottle of water and keep it simple. I also sometimes give sustained release tabs of ala just in case they can stretch a few minutes longer than the regular Jarrow tabs. I also make sure my kids and I take a nap in the afternoon. It gets rough, but the results, as you say, are more than worth it. Outings in the day sometimes were trickier than night dosing. That's where carrying doses in little snack baggies in the pocket really help.
