Why are DAN dr's so darn expensive!!!!

Why are Dan dr's so darn expensive???? I have called 3 different doctors in CT

and was told the consultation was $1100, then follow-ups every 6-8 weeks run

from $440-$660. I can't afford this. I think I need to go back to school and

become a DAN dr. This sounds like a real money maker.
