I.E. the fact that they say their whole restaurant is GF but they use gluten-containing soy sauce in some dishes, and the fact that their servers don't consistently seem to know what's in their foods. Here is the e-mail I got back: --- Hi Isaiah, Thank you so much for your persistence and committment to spreading this awareness. It is going to help educate our entire staff about Celiac's Disease. We are currently working on revamping our menu and I have sent your email as well as this response to the owners and managers. We are committed to making Cafe Gratitude a safe place for your community to eat and heal. Feel free to stay in touch so we can work together on this matter. Have an amazing day!
