The Sweet & Spicy BBQ Mix from Cali is pretty good.

Just shake it onto your meat, marinate (I did it overnight

the first time). Pretty good. Note: I pressed it into the meat after letting

it sit.. I also cooked it in the baking dish I marinated it in – I just

put some oil in the bottom of the dish right before I cooked it, making sure

the oil made it underneath the chicken. Just cover in foil (I baked mine at

350), bake, and serve1

Viola!
