Guest guest Posted August 2, 2006 Report Share Posted August 2, 2006 Not everyone is into baking bread, and not everyone is into experimenting with Expandex, a new modified tapioca starch created by Corn Products. For those who are, I've documented my testing on two different, but related, recipes. Both yielded a good bread that didn't crumble and was capable of making sandwiches.
