ALA is easily one of the most valuable supplements for just about

anything. It is probably the best detoxifier overall.

I would recommend Geronova. They have an R ala that they say is

stabilized and has the solvents removed. No one else i know has

claimed to do those two things. You can get it in bulk powder

without additives. No one on various seems to know

about it but an accupuncturist and herbalist i know said it was the

best in his opinion and has used it for a few years.

It is very strong stuff and there is a forum for autism and

ala use inspired by Culter and his book.

ALA should not be taken a a supplement. Its is a greatantioxidant but also a

chelatir that can cross the blood brain barrier and if taken in the wrog way can

more mercury out of the brain but also in.
