Guest guest
It appears from hair tests on my kids that using ALA only is decreasing their heavy metal load after 6 months of chelation. I have more tests coming in the next few weeks. The kid using ALA only is showing a pattern of decreasing heavy metals with increasing mercury excretion. This is the pattern we look for. He did have normal copper and low zinc to start. I think that ALA only truly does increase the retention of zinc and copper (see recent post), so if you use it, you need to watch zinc and copper through out the process.
