Christian, you probably know by now that many purchased barbeque sauces contain wheat and/or barley. Most soy sauces and teriyaki sauces are wheat-based. Some contain beer.

Making your own is the safest (and freshest tasting) way to go.

There are a number of commergial GF bbq sauces, including one that is sold at Costco - The name is escaping me right now but it's a mainstream brand which I found at a local grocery store as well. Of course the ones you make at home are tastier!

Oh come on!! Annie's makes a delicious BBQ sauce and it's sold at most health food stores, Whole Foods, and Harvest House. Making your own BBQ sauce is not difficult!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The liquid hickory smoke is GF. Add that to a little GF soy and GF ketchup/mustard and viola!!

I've been very carefull with the sauces I use for bbq. I've found a pretty good wheat free teriyaki sauce at the local health food stores. It's made by Premier Japan and labeled Organic Wheat-Free Teriyaki Sauce. I'll check out Costco and see what they have to offer. Of course getting creative and making your own sauces is always good. Any one got a good recipe? Isaiah <isaiah.benjamin@...> wrote: There are a number of commergial GF bbq sauces, including one that is sold at Costco - The name is
