Bun / Creatinine Ratio - Questions

The is our first BUN/CREAT,CBC w/Differential & Platelet test. And I have

to admit there is a lot I just don't understand. So I am looking for some help

and explanations.

First off, I have no idea what the follow results mean, what the names stand

for, what they relate to, other than if it has an " H " it is high, if it has an

" L " it is low. But what does that mean to my son?

BUN / CREATININE Ratio . . 27.5 H Ref 12.0-20.0 Ratio
