Why does mercury affect only children under 3?

Why is it that a child develops autism by age 3 if they are to develop

it? Has it always been this way? Or are some children born autistic?

What about the children age 4 or 5 that continually receive the flu

shot? Also, I hear of children having " sensory issues " or " speech

delays " all the time...could these children be autistic too?
