Guest guest
Hi Inga, I would be happy to look at the program you were on and tell you if I think you gave it a fair shot or not. I find that most people that use or try these products bought them online. They did not have anyone to help them understand the products or the correct amount to use or for how long before they could expect results. The most common error is buying the ambrotose capsules and taking only 2, when for most people they would need 24 capsules per day. The capsules are not cost effective and I always recommend the bulk powder. I had late state lyme and it took 4 months to start seeing some minor changes, but 8,9, and 10 months to really start getting my life back. Most people would give up after 1 or 2 months. The drug paradyme has got most of us thinking that you take a pill for a set amount of time and then you are better and don't need to take the pill anymore. If you are sick and we can assume it is because of lack of good food, stress and toxins, then it only makes sense that in order to change that pattern, you will need to supplement for the rest of your life. Unless you are darn serious about juicing organic vegies and fruits all day long. Even still as evidenced by the studies being posted on this forum that will not supply enough to stay healthy for most people. There is no magic bullet, but this products is about as close as I have ever seen. In some cases it truly does seem like magic, some others it takes more time. Guest guest
So INga, what is it you are trying to get well from? And you never said what is was you were taking. Nonone is going to give you anything for free, at least I never had my doctor tell me he would refund my money when the many drugs he gave me failed. It sounds like you started off with some good education but lost faith in your body somewhere along the way. I have worked with some people who have taken these products for 6 months and had not seen much improvement, but they just kept pluggin away. I have also worked with people who starting getting immediate results. It depends on how many drugs you are currently taking, what state of health you are in, your mental state of mind, what is your diet and lifestyle like, are they toxic. ALso each and every cell in your body has its own life span, blood cells live 4 months for example, So it would take at least 4 months to have your blood cells working properly . That is the minimum time anyone should give this program to really be fair about it working or not. Most people do see positive changes before then. If someone is in a wheelchair say with MS, then they will not be walking in 4 months. They will however start feeling their feet, have reduced bladder infections, be stronger, have more energy, and things like that. Then over time they will get out of the chair and start walking with a walker. I am working with 8 people with MS so I know how the improvements start to come, and they do come. As far as your question of thyroid and mercury. I had late stage lyme and mercury and lead poisoning. I took no drugs and still don't. My health has returned and tyroid function is normal and si is every other function in my body.If the body has what it needs it can rebuild at the cell level and repair things, clean itself, and defend itself against things like cancer, bacteria and viruses. I am sorry your expericne was more toward the business approach, obviously you were sick needing to be well and that should have been the focus of the person helping you. Let me know if there is anything I can do for you at this time. Guest guest
Hi INgrid, I have too many questions for you, we need to talk on the phone. I still was hoping you could remember what products you tried previously from Mannatech. There is one thing, on your list of things right now that concern me, that is the progesterone cream. There is lead is most of the creams, that is partly how I became poisoned, the other things were bad fish oil and coral calcium. Can you contact privately with your phone number. Then it lists 100 g bulk for $125. I do not know the size of the capsule size or I could figure it out How many day supply would this be? ~Inga
Guest guest
Hi Ingrid, I will try to answer some of your questions from previous post and this one also. So you told me you were taking bulk ambrotose and pytaloe. This would be a good start but you would have need a products called plus to address the endocrine problems. ALso I don't know if you had already address the metals yet. The product immunostart is what I used to chelate. It is very safe and FDA approved (not that I like FDA)The other product would have been a vitamin mineral and also the antioxidant. Regarding the list you gave me of the stuff you take now. It looks like the list I had for 7 years. I now call this the swiss cheese approach, it is full of holes! From everything I have learned, and that is alot from mistakes made in years past, it is never best to isolate so many nutrients and take them separate. Unless you have been specifically tested to be deficient in that one thing, then I could see it. ALl things must work with synergy. The food we eat never comes with isolated nutrients, say an orange with only vitamin C. The body has its most basic needs and when people pick and chose a few things so many others are left unattended.Even though I thinki the food pyramid is wrong, it would be like putting all vetables on there. It just does not work that way. I would also ask you how much you are spending on these 17 things? You said the Mannatech was expensive but unless you are buying your products at K-Mart, then you must be spending quite a bit. Without knowing the brands and ingredients on all your products I cannot comment on the quality or effectiveness. I will tell you that most companies do not have Good Mfg. Practices, they do not have any validation to back up their claims, and they use inferior raw materials but make claims based on superior raw materials. An example of this is aloe vera. It is very unstable, once cut from the plant, it is useless in 2-6 hours. So someone finally figured out how to stabilze the molucule in the aloe plant that has the beneficial qualities, the molucule is called Mannose, and the man, Dr. MClley. Now do you think the aloe for $2.99 at K-mart is stabilized aloe. No, but the $30.00 bottle is, what one are you going to buy. Most companies count on you buying the cheap one and hope you don't notice it does not work. SO the next question I have is with all these 17 items you are using, are you getting well? How long have you been on this protocol? I am not picking on you, keep in mind I did this for 7 years, and was getting sicker all the time. You had asked me if I could get metal poisoning from the supplements I took. Yes! Progesterone cream (most of it) has PEg-8 a chemical used as a pentrater, which has lead in it. The coral calcium and cheap fish oil I was mega dosing on for a long time was contaminated with mercury. My immune system was already so comprimised from the lyme that there was no way my body could clean itself from any of this. 1-1/2 years ago, I had low thyroid, other major hormonal issues, chronic infections of the sinus, bladder , chest (pnuemonia, bronchitis),bowel problems, short term memeory loss, my speech was getting really messed up, blurry eyesite, extreme cold hands and feet to the point of burning pain, hair falling out, I had gained 10 lbs form a weight I had been all my life, could not run because of extreme muscle weakness, asthma, allergies, irregular heart beat, and the list just goes on and on. Today I have none of these symtoms, except the irregular heart beat comes on occaison. I have not had a single infection, and every other function is now normal and better then I rememeber for a long time. So you asked can this help your thyroid and get rid of metal poisoning, it did for me, but I was faithful every day, and took the four foundational products, plus enzymes and probiotics to help with my bowel problems. So I don't know if that answers all your questions, Oh, yeah about the price. The company just came out with a new advanced ambrotose, it costs depends on associate or member cost, the ones you were quoting was the ambrotose A/O this is not the ambrotose powder, the capsules for that cost $33.00 per bottle and at the rate of 24 capsules to = the bulk rate, it would cost $385.80 per month!!!! Bulk is the only way to go. SO ambrotose would cost $72.00 member price and if used at the premium level would last 1 month. The other products would total about another $100.00. So you are looking at $172.00 for a program that works vs. your program which costs. ??? and may or may not be working, does not sound like it anyway. So ask me some more questions, and I will be happy to answer.
