Gdlacast,

The first thing I would do is go to www.Stanford.edu, and to a search

for Celiac. You should find the Celiac Clinic, the Celiac Research

Foundation & the Celiac Conference. I believe the conference is at

the end of this month. It is a great educational experience, plus you

can hang out with a couple hundred Celiacs & try Gluten free goodies.

If you cannot find out about the conference on Stanford's site, e-mail

me directly, and I will try to get the information directly to you.

the conference. Me & my sister. (She’s not on the list, but she is

also celiac).
