Guest guest
Gdlacast, The first thing I would do is go to www.Stanford.edu, and to a search for Celiac. You should find the Celiac Clinic, the Celiac Research Foundation & the Celiac Conference. I believe the conference is at the end of this month. It is a great educational experience, plus you can hang out with a couple hundred Celiacs & try Gluten free goodies. If you cannot find out about the conference on Stanford's site, e-mail me directly, and I will try to get the information directly to you.
