This Month's Tip: Sometimes the staff at a restaurant will pick the

croutons out of a salad that's already prepared and serve it to you

when you request a salad with no croutons. You may not notice the

bread crumbs that are left behind -- until you become ill. When

ordering a salad, request that it be made in a clean bowl.
