If it helps, and it did me here is the example given:

44 lb child=20 kg-Normal dose=30 drops every other day.

110lb child=50kg-Normal does=75 drops, but 60 drops are

maximum.

by 3? What happens with <whatever dose you have changed to>?

That is the weight and dose for each of these 3 children?

What is the dose divided by 3 for each?

Oh-- and dose frequency will help to know also.
