Guest guest
I'm spending what is probably too long at Disneyland over the next few days. In doing so, I've been systematically trying out their gluten-free options and posting the results at http://sanbeiji.yelp.com/. They have a great GF selection. I just finished day one, and have four more days of eating, reviewing, and roller coasters to go. (Note to self: Don't ride the Mad Hatter's Tea Party right after eating a huge meal...) There is a brochure available for GF options at the info desk (Disneyland City Hall) that spells it out. Disneyland's Head Chef (who took the time to return my call) prepared a detailed recommendation list and he keeps it updated regularly. Very impressive - basically park-wide options with dedicated fryers for french fries and the possibility of ordering a hot dog or burger *with* a bun, or GF pizza, or GF pancakes, and much more. The Disneyland resort hotels are also GF-savvy and have many options for us. Cheers, Joe -- Joe http://sanbeiji.com/ " I can't understand why people are frightened of new ideas. Guest guest
Joe, thanks so much for this info. We went to Disney this summer, when gf was a weird new world for me, and had I known my options, I wouldn't have eaten nothing but fruit all day!
