I almost fell over when I went shopping yesterday at my local Safeway on Snell Avenue and Branham Lane in San . Right there in the baking mix aisle was Gluten-Free Pantry sandwich bread mix and Gluten-Free Pantry cake and cookie mix.

Even though I had them both in my cupboards at home, I still bought a package of the cake and cookie mix to show my support. I will be talking with the Safeway manager soon.
