Guest guest
I recently read that blue cheese is not GF. Are there any other cheeses I should be concerned with? We had a terrible experience going to Maggiano's in Santana Row last week. The chef didn't really understand what GF was and we were served dishes with blue cheese in. Thanks, Ravitte. Guest guest
Not all blue cheese contains gluten. However, you should probably check with the individual company to determine whether the brand under question contains gluten. I have heard that the gluten remaining in blue cheese is actually a quite small amount, but of course none of us want to consume gluten in any amount. Luckily I hate blue cheese with a passion so this is not generally something I have to worry about. > > I recently read that blue cheese is not GF.
