, I was so very touched by your testement to the caring culinary staff at the Hilton in London! Your portrayal was heart-warming...I could simply feel your surprised relief emminating from the screen! (Dare I ask: did you get to make it through an entire meal without having to conduct a bio-chemistry class?) I can't say how happy I am to hear that it is easier than I thought to be a Celiac who travels (and also likes to eat occasionally!). I had no immediate plans to go to London just yet, but I will start planning now - I'd love to feel even a glimmer of the pampering you've experienced on your stay!
