The Sandbar and Grill at Fisherman's Warf helps me out. Most of their menu has wheat but if you order a dungeness crab or a steak and tell them about your issues, they are nice and will work with you. Ask them to make you the green beans instead of the pasta or soup that normally comes with the meal. On Sunday nights, the Sardine factory has a $21 lobster and steak special. We're going to Monterey to celebrate our 4th year wedding anniversary- staying at the Gobsy House Inn (name may be humorously off a bit, not sure). Anyway, I've contacted them so hopefully the breakfast will be gluten free (had to email them twice, the first time they insisted they never served wheat anything- HA nice try!).
