It definitely sounds like a judgment call depending on how severe one's osteoporosis is, + there are conflicting views about whether drugs like Fosamax really suppress bone renewal. Definitely worth discussing with your Dr. if you've been diagnosed, as I have, with osteoporosis. For me it was a one-two punch. Hey! You have celiac disease. And by the way, you've got spinal osteoporosis as a result of that.
