This is common when giving high doses of B vitamins. It is the body excreting the excess. Be sure to give lots of water, because dehydration can also cause yellow urine. It is only a problem if the body can't excrete the excess at least as fast as you are putting the vitamins into him. Then it can build up and cause problems.
