B complex vitamins turn my urine bright yellow. Fun, isn't it?

This is common when giving high doses of B vitamins. It is the body

excreting the excess. Be sure to give lots of water, because

dehydration can also cause yellow urine.

It is only a problem if the body can't excrete the excess at least as

fast as you are putting the vitamins into him. Then it can build up

and cause problems. High B3, B6, and B12 are the B vitamins which

commonly cause the most problems.
