Has anyone heard of Bora Bora bars by Wellements? They were having a demo at my local Costco and the labels say gluten free right on the label. They are delicious! But one flavor is oatmeal raisin, and it still says gluten-free. Now we all know that technically oats do not contain gluten, it's the cc that gives us problems. These bars are from Canada - Does anyone know if Canadian labeling allows one to say gluten-free when there are oats in it? If not, then these guys don't know what they're talking about and I have to question the "natural flavors" etc. There's no email that I could find on their website and I haven't had a chance to call.
