Guest guest
What did the first hair test look like? If that had normal essential elements then maybe it is time to try other things besides chelation? Chelation works wonderfully for 3 kids out of 4, but the fourth one does need to do somethng else. Guest guest
Andy His first test was a bit abnormal but not a difinitively skewed test. I think I've done everything for him over the years including medication, homeopathy, muscle testing, cranio sacral, gluten/casin free, secretin, vitamins, chelation, feingold, none of which seemed to make any definative difference. I am particularily confused by the current low mercury in his hair analysis because as I said before we are exposed daily to mercury yet he has very little in his hair, and Dr Holmes found very low hair mercury in autisitc children vs high amounts typical children. He has sweaty feet, but I never see him sweat anyplace else, verticle whiteish ridges in his fingernails, allergies, asthma and he gets hives alot both when exposed to allergins (ie feathers) and additionally when exposed to hot things (ie a hot bath) or cold things (cold water in the ocean or pool, a walk outside on cold winter days). He is 12.5 exposed in utero to dental work full set of vacinations. There is no other autism in either my husbands family or my family although there are issues with extreme anxiety on one side of the family tree. Should I give up on chelation? What are the other things I should try I honestly don't know what's left if it's not mercury. Thanks, Patti > > Andy, I have been chelating my son on and off for the better part of > > 2 years.
