Guest guest
I joined the Scientology folks for awhile JUST to do this(well sort.... of not really...I worked for them for a couple of weeks in the PAC RENO division so that I could do the " PURIF " without the cost. Welll...it DOES sound good, but I talked to some people One gal was a mercury toxic individual and she lost 60 pounds and said she had never felt so good....but ahe also told me she was quite certain she had several small heart attacks while doing it and they made her keep going on. SHe still had her amalgams in at the timeand I have lost track of her since. I for one, am SOOOOooooo terribly sensitive to heat and such, and they would not let me do it at the CELEBRITY CENTER where they had some actual trained medical people on hand, because I was at the other HOLLYWOOD center, so I opted out. (There were other reasons as well) Anyway, I was also getting so sick just from being in the Los ANgeles in April in May, that I just don't think I could have tolerated it and still lived. If I were you, I would do some serious work with a regular sauna on your own to see how you do for quite some time. You can get a book on doing the PURIF (Purification Rundown....as you now) and take the same oils and such. Oh, and another thing, was that I could not tolerate any niacin at all at the time, it would send me into terrible atacks, and taking very high levels of niacin are part of their protocol. I think you could emulate the PURIF and not go as heavy on it as hey do. They make you keep going and going and going, even if you are begging to be let out, from what I understand. I just check AMAZON>COM and they do have a book on thePURIF< but it says it is the manula and I don'tknow if that is the same one that I once read. I got a copy of an older book on it at a used bookstore once. Later, if you decide to do it, I would make sure you do not just go to any old Scientolgy center, but make sure you get some setup where they are aware of your condsitoin and the mercury. It DOES sound too good to be true, and I have certainly considered it in the past, but though it would not be safe enough for me. I have since had my excellent dowser check this, and he said that it WOULD have indeed been very dangerous for me. So I wish I had a hard and fast answer for you, but I suspect it could be very dangerous. People in Scientology DO die from stuff you now. I have been sort of on the inside for a few weeks and I know this to be true. Be very careful ..... ~inga Has anyone done—or know of anyone with heavy metal poisoning/MCS/Environmental Illness who has done—the Scientology Purification Program based on L Ron Hubbard's book Clear Body Clear Mind, using sauna/exercise/niacin/cold pressed oils/supplements? I am considering doing it but am concerned about the intensity. Also, they claim such great results with no major health risks, it sounds too good to be true. Would love to hear from people who have done it firsthand and can say whether their health improved dramatically—or not. I want to hear the whole range of experiences. Thanks!
