Guest guest
Dear CD Community,Last week we were on holiday in Barcelona and London. In addition to the normal touristy photos, I took pictures of gluten-free products that I purchased. You can read the posting about GF shopping on: http://home.comcast.net/~vhdolcourt/CD/index.html. In summary, shopping for gluten-free goodies was pretty straightforward. There was certainly an ample supply of good tastingstore-bought bread, cookies and crackers. The restaurant card - text obtained from the French Celiac orgainizaton and edited by my Spanish-fluent youngest daughter - worked perfectly. All of the restaurants we visited were perfectly happy to assist. We did not seek out gluten-free restaurants, only gluten-free food. Please let me know if you have any questions.Vic - Sunnyvale, CA
Guest guest
Thank you for sharing your excellent web page on Spanish and British gluten free products. If you don't mind, I'll share the URL with another celiac message board I'm on- people have been interested in Spanish gluten free foods recently. I also noticed that your trip was in 2007... a typo, right? lol. Seriously though, fantastic and detailed site, thanks again! I now feel very confident about traveling in England and Spain. --- In , " vdolcourt " <vdolcourt@...> wrote: > > Dear CD Community, > > Last week we were on holiday in Barcelona and London.
