Guest guest
Hi. I am a physician who was diagnosed with celiac disease in August 2004 while training for triathlons. At the time, I was so anemic and fatigued, it was difficult to run even one mile. Now I am confident taking on my first Ironman distance triathlon. On June 25, I will swim 2.4 miles, bike 112 miles. And run 26.2 miles all in one race, all in one day. I am doing this to raise funds and awareness for celiac disease. Through the Janus Charity Challenge, I hope to raise $10,000 for the Stanford Celiac Sprue Research Foundation. Janus will donate up to an additional $10,000 depending on how much I raise. If you would like to make a tax deductible donation to celiac disease research, this is a great opportunity becasue of the potential to get the donation matched by Janus Investments. If you would like to contact me for more details, you can email me at mwinsberg@.... You can also visit my website at www.triglutenfree.com I thank you in advance for your support of my endeavor. -Mimi
