Guest guest
No eye protection needed. Far infrared is the same heat emitted by your own body. I have had a lot of requests for the references. I will post them at http://www.Nomercury.org/references.pdf. Alan , M.D. " Courage is doing what you're afraid to do. There can be no courage unless you're scared. Guest guest
The more I read (which is woefully little compared to so many others), the more I'm thinking that ADD, Aspergers and autism are related-so many of the symptoms overlap-the degree of the problem seems to be what drs are picking up on and thus labeling this way. There has to be a physical root. We all are exposed to heavy metals, pesticides and etc, but each generation is more at risk (I've read that these things actually can change the DNA/RNA structure) and then the mother can physically pass this to the child also. TO get back to sweating, I always wondered how simply exercise could help- maybe this is because when you reach a certain and sustained level you're sweating out the toxins. BUT then a person should shower to get totally rid of that batch, or else you'd simply reabsorb it thru your skin? Guess I'm thinking out loud. THanks to all of you for pursuing this. I had my son's dr draw blood to check for vit B defiency and also asked to check for heavy metals (hopefully he'll check for them all)-at that point I didin't know what to specifically ask for and then too he looked at me like I was totally crazy and then when they drew the blood the lady said that this was very unusual for someone to check for heavy metals and they would have to send it away as here locally they don't run those tests. This was last Fri, so hopefully we'll get the results soon. I feel that I'm running out of time to help my son as he's 18, quit reg school and is slowly taking classes at the local Comm COllege to get his High school diploma, but the motivation and .... isn't there yet to really push himself. My husband is currently recieveing the shots and pills for Hepatits C that was apparently gotten either in combat in Vietnam or from a blood transfusion in 1974 so am trying to educate myself about this as well... Take care all, please feel free to comment or give suggestions. Thanks so much-Rose > Wouldn't sweating > from working outside, exercise do the same thing as a sauna or ? Am > probably way off track, but just wondering. Rose > > No Rose I do not think it so off track. Personally I have always wondered at my capacity to sweat so much and so easily and after all these years I see that this is probably in part what has helped me maintain excellent health. So it is the sweat that is the heart of the matter not the technique or technology that provokes it though it does seem that saunas offer some special and intense benefits for those in need of serious detoxification. > > Mark > >
Guest guest
Thank you for explaining, so a person would need to actually buy a sauna that does this then as I've never heard or anything remotely like this around here. Guest guest
Rose- dont despair about the Dr looking at you weird :-) Trust me I have had many of those looks and rolling of the eyes. I have even had a Ped dismiss my son as a patient because of the questions I was raising about the vaccine issue. That was a first...lol I was on my way out the door to find a new Ped anyway but it confirmed to me that most MD's out there wont accept the discovery that these vaccines are not what they are cracked up to be. best wishes Sherry > > Wouldn't sweating > > from working outside, exercise do the same thing as a sauna or ? > Am > > probably way off track, but just wondering. Guest guest
Yes my son is overwieght- 6ft 1inch and 350 pounds, is still getting taller I think. Hope to get him back to using the treadmill and weight machine soon on a regular basis. He sweats easily (at least compared to me, but then I'm used to being outside and doing more physical labor than he is). This weight is why I'm wondering about an in ability to absorb nutrients, am just starting to think about this also-Rose >> > -- exercise is hugely important and we don't talk about it enough. > Sweating is important but not the most important part. Guest guest
Our regular family dr (who I was talking about, said yes he knew mercury/thimersol was bad, but there just wasn't anything that was good to preserve the shots. I also mentioned my son's allergy shots (which he's gotten routinely since he was around 10 I think). (He looked at me sideways that time...LOL) I've not had time to pursue that route yet, son has decided on his own not to take them anymore, which hopefully will work out OK. Oh my husband apparently has antibodies to Hepatitis A, but not B, so apparently they will give him the seires of Hepatitis B shots when he's done with the Hepatitis C medicines. Wonder about this also as he's becoming more short of breath (a side effect of the meds)...Both of our children got those (Hep B series) in school maybe 6-7 years ago and I got it at work as I was working in the hospital at the time- wonder about those shots also....Thanks for the encouragement... Guest guest
I am not sure that this applies to people with adrenal problem. It might further stress the adrenals. Dagmar. -- exercise is hugely important and we don't talk about it enough. Sweating is important but not the most important part. Evidence is emerging that intense weight training helps mental processing more than volume training (ie endurance exercise). It actually measurably alters neurotransmitters and reduces inflammation throughout the body, including the brain I have spoken to a doctor in Sydney who is using weights to reduce depression and aging-related diseases with good results, and I have spoken to a researcher in Western Australia who is studying the effects of exercie on patients with alzheimers and aging related cognitive impairment. both believe weights used at relatively high intensity are best but all forms of exercise are healthy, and exercise-related therapies such as kinesiology can also help neurological problems It is amazing how many people with neurological and psychological problems are overweight or have poor fitness Steve Guess I'm thinking out loud. Guest guest
Dumb question- what all is involved with adrenal problems- what should I be looking for or??? Thanks ROse > I am not sure that this applies to people with adrenal problem. Guest guest
I'm certain that exercise is good for people with adrenal problems, but the key is to not overdo it. I've checked a few references that say exercise can be very helpful, but over-exerise or failing to allow enough time or rest for recovery between sessions would make things much worse. My son has very serious adrenal problems - I think there is mercury in his adrenals - and he definitely benefits from exercise. the hard part is getting a sluggish 4.5yr old to exercise He has fairly low tone in his upper body and we make him walk on his hands wheelbarrow style most days Steve > > > Wouldn't sweating > > > from working outside, exercise do the same thing as a sauna or ? > > Am > > > probably way off track, but just wondering.
