Hi Piglet,

Is it possible to stay in a hotel or motel that has a kitchenette?

Does your brother have a kitchen you can use? That way you can bring

your own food and utensils and not have to worry about getting sick if

someone making restaurant food for you makes a mistake.

Hi Carla,

Actually I've had pretty good luck at 's with their baked

potatoes. I think some of our members regularly ask fast food

employees to change their gloves to minimize risk of cross

contamination. (I don't, but I also only very rarely eat out at fast

food places.) They have a gluten free menu list online:

Obviously just fast food is no good, but it can be a convenient

supplement to food you make or more expensive restaurants. :)
