Grapefruit seed extract [not grape seed extract], available at local

health food stores. It works very well for yeast overgrowth issues

for my family.

GSE-Grapefruit Seed Extract. My family uses the brand Nutribiotics. About

10.00 for a bottle. Lasts a long time.

It can be used as an antifungal. (Has many other uses too) I give my son 3

drops in am & pm for 3-4 days for yeast flare ups and then double up on the

probiotics when done. It has always worked for us.

Hi, I have been searching old posts for information on Candex, and

came across a few mentions of GSE as being good. Is this some type

of enzyme? Thank you.

>GSE is Grapefruit Seed Extract and a lot of people use it to fight

yeast. I give it to my son with No Fenol and it seems to help with the

yeast. My son is 13 and I'm also fairly new to this but have learned

so much from everyone who has been so kind to share their knowledge and

experiences.

Good luck!!!
