Guest guest
This might sound odd, but you are the only ones who could answer it for me. Is it somehow normal to feel worse before you feel better? I was feeling fantastic until today. Although I've continued to lose weight, my headaches are gone and I'm not so exhausted. The severe bloating is down - I now look like I'm only 2-3 months pregnant instead of 6+. I'm very very careful about what I eat, but I had some terrible stomach cramps and bloating, and excuse me for saying, but sudden diarrhea. It was in the mid-morning so all I had in my tummy was a larabar, which I know are safe and I've eaten them many times before. There wasn't anything new in my diet (in truth, I've been sticking to the same 6 items day in and day out-with the only exception of SCVCC yesterday - golf tourney). I checked all ingredients of my dinner last night, and it was GF. I woke up feeling fine, although very tired. My Mum seems to think it was all the sun I had yesterday playing golf; I've had sun poisoning before, but it didn't feel like this. I was wearing serious sun protection and although my chest and right arm are a tad bit burned, it's not bad at all. I appreciate all your help. It's wonderful to have other more experienced (for lack of a better word) folks around to ask these embarrassing questions to.
