My name is Hanna Kapitulnik, and both of my daughters (now 24 and 18) have celiac. They were both diagnosed 5 years ago, and at the time I was working as a pastry chef at a restaurant in the bay area. Since then I have been working to convert all of my daughters' favorite foods into gluten free versions. About a year ago I started a business selling these treats, called Kapcakes. Currently, I have 6 products that are available at various stores throughout the bay area. I also do special order birthday and wedding cakes. I recognize some of you from the list, and I am always looking for feedback on my products and new ideas, which is why I thought I would introduce myself. I don't know if any of you are also members of the USASillyaks listserve, but some good looking recipes for goldfish and graham crackers have been going around, if anyone is interested.
