Guest guest
My 6-1/2 yr old son complains of headaches on the crown of his head. They come now & then, with no obvious precurser. They usually pass quickly. Tonight it started in the evening & it's been a quiet day for him. He needs to lay down. I've asked his ped about these in the past & he wasn't worried. What kinds of things cause headaches for children & what are some possible natural remedies? Thanks, Michele
Guest guest
I had severe migraines for years since a little girl and Doctors never discover my problem and I recently found out I can not eat gluten and the pain now it is gone! I am also avoiding milk for now because the similar chemical composition with gluten. Try no to give him gluten and see if the headaches goes away! If you read about celiac people you will be surprised how many are and don't now it is very common thing among white people. And there are many natural remedies for pain relief go to wild oats store or whole foods in the vitamins section you will find safe alternatives for that but remember if the body is showing you pain is because something is going on YOU SHOULD FIND THE ORIGIN OF IT solving the pain does not solve the problem and when the body gives you a warning and you don't want to listen to it thing with time gets worst, just talking about my own experience. A Naturopath Doctor help me to found my problem. > My 6-1/2 yr old son complains of headaches on the crown of his head. They > come now & then, with no obvious precurser. They usually pass quickly. Guest guest
> My 6-1/2 yr old son complains of headaches on the crown of his head. For me, I get headaches from nitrates, MSG, and yeast. GSE will eliminate the yeast headaches. NOTHING gets rid of the other headaches. > What kinds of things cause headaches for children & what are some possible > natural remedies? Are you giving vitamin A? Toxicity levels can cause headaches, my #1 will get a headache if I give more than USRDA of vitamin A. B12 can give headaches, especially if not given with folic acid. Guest guest
If you don't find a food or intolerance origin of the headaches you may want to have his eyes checked. We all have bad eyes here and this was always a tip off for my older kids, was headaches
