Guest guest
Dana, I know you just talked about this and I can't seem to locate the post. When you gave your one child the B50 or 100 vitamins and were able to eliminate the stims, how many B50s were you giving daily--just 1 or 2? And how much Biotin were you also giving? Thanks,

Information subject to change, as my son is currently requiring yet ANOTHER adjustment in his supplements.... At one point, I was giving ten B100 each day. If I gave fewer, he would regress. Adding back selenium at USRDA [more than USRDA and he will regress] allowed me to reduce the dose down to three B100 per day. After a few weeks of this dose, I was able to reduce down further, until I was giving just one B50 per day. Adding B12 plus folic acid plus TMG requires me to now increase the rest of the B vitamins [my son needs a balance of B vitamins, otherwise he has problems]. I now give B12/folic/TMG plus one B100 and one B50 each day. I give the B12/folic/TMG and the B100 in the morning, and the B50 in the afternoon. I give 500 mcg biotin with the B100 in the morning. It requires 150 mg magnesium or it will cause constipation and muscle cramps. Dana
