It has to be homemade....but my son loves it and you only make a batch every two weeks, then the probiotics might begin becoming less potent. I thought it sounded like a lot of work in the beginning, but I found it is actually the easiest kind to make...No heating of milk, etc. And yes, my son is not allowed soy, gluten or casein. Others may not have heard of it...
