Can we use lotion on scalp?

Hi all!

My daughter is 7 months and just started the starband yesterday. She only has

super short hair still (that soft baby head fuzz), and we have always put small

amount of a very mild lotion on her head after washing. Can we continue to do

this while she wears the band. I'm afraid if we don't, the scalp will get dry

and flakey.
