help, I'm freaking out

Hello,

My daughter is in her first week of her Hanger helmet. Tonight my wife and

I were shopping for furniture and she had her helmet off. I was holding her and

noticed a huge knot above her left ear. My wife gave her a bath last night and

it was not there then. My wife also said she had not hit her head on anything

during the day, the only thing I can think of is maybe the helmet has caused

this somehow. My wife and I are kind of freakin out, the Dr. office is closed

right now and the Hanger office is closed right now. Has anyone heard of this

or had experience with it? If so did it go away and what caused it? Please let

me know something, any response would be great. Thanks.

They are, I wanna say, fluid filled lump...they are talked about

several times if you do an archive search for bump? Maybe. Anyway,

they are harmless and go away on their own, if not quicker, at least

within a couple weeks of stopping the helmet. Imho my sons head

seemed lumpy the day he graduated but 2 wks later for his after pics

he looked great

The same thing happened to my son last week. We went straight to the helmet office and was told the bumps are totally normal. Took about 4 days, but bump is pretty much gone now.
