I've been suffering for 2 weeks now! I have always thought these were related to hemmorhoids. When I was pregnant, I always suffered too. I did have an episode of a one time shocking red blood on the t.p. when I wiped approx 3-3 weeks ago without any recurrence. I am using Tuck's pads and they help for a short while.( Stinging!) I always use baby wipes to clean up , but they are stinging a little at the moment--though they have no alcohol. Does anyone have any suggestions or tried and true remedies?Hey Terry,Glad you are otherwise doing well. I would think the C is a sign of gut ecology shift - something new may be overgrowing a bit that is also related to the rectal itch -maybe a yeast? Anyway, just a guess.I discovered this today - don't have any clue whether it is effective or not - but it lookslike it possibly could be very good in the situation and with free shipping, it may be worth trying. I was about to pass on the link to Jodi.http://www.seagateproducts.com/olive-leaf-rectal-spray.htmlI found the link to the company on the Mercola website and I'm going to order a bunch of theiranti-sinus remedies, since I am still getting weird ear/nose symptoms. (That is, unlessanyone else has tried them and has negative feedback?)Other than that, for the itchiness I would apply aloe lotion, which might also sting a bit,and coconut oil or lotion. You might also swab with some (very) diluted tea tree oil or other anti-bacterial you have -though that will also sting. Have a great holiday weekend. Mara
