I just came back from a few days exploring the West coast of Florida. My SIL

said don't you feel so much better about yourself now that you are no longer

so fat. It annoys me so that people like her cannot believe that my Husband,

daughter and myself never had self-esteem problems with regard to our weight.

Their vanity only allows them to believe that all fat people feel ugly

because of their weight. As I looked at the MO at Busch gardens, I felt so

sorry

for them because the rides might as well had signs on them that said " thin

people only. " Similar to the " whites only " signs of old. It would not be that

difficult for them to have one seat for larger people. I am 169 lbs and I just

about fit. Discrimination. Blatant discrimination.

That being said, I am so very proud to announced that for the first time in

more than thirty years, I went on a roller coaster. Two roller coasters, 3

water rides and walked 7 hours. That is why I had surgery. Quality of life. I

just wanted to improve my QUALITY of life.
