Just a quick note to say that I put a before and after on the photo

link of the site. The first pic was in August 2002, 3 months prior

to surgery. I weighed about 298#. The after pic was last month with

my beautiful Aussie dog Shaggy. Shaggy thinks he is a lap dog LOL

and he weighs nearly as much as I do...
