And sometimes that discrimination is not intentional. Believe me. I think

often it is totally unconscious. People will have to have their consciousness

raised to understand and acknowledge their feelings before they realize that

they chose a person to work for them who was thin over one who was fat because

of discrimination.

And just wait until it gets to be age discrimination issues. That's a whole

'nother ball of wax.
