Three month flare has hit - to the day!!!

Took me 3 days to realise what was happening to me (slow, I know....)

Feel like c..p - Flu-like symptoms without the nasal symptoms - NO ENERGY -

Exhausted walking to the kitchen - slightly nauseous - FLAT ON MY BACK IN BED

for the last 2 days.

HURRAY - I REALLY MEAN THIS IS EXCITING - I KNEW SCD WORKED, BUT THIS IS

UNBELIEVABLE, TO ME AT LEAST :-)
