Coconut flour and cream

Well it's been over 2 years on SCD and I finally bought my first coconut flour and coconut cream from Tropical Traditions.

I have no clue what to do with it.

I know there have been recipes posted here and I know Elana has a bunch, but does anyone have a favorite they'd like to share with me?
