Hello,

I am new to your list. I had my Rny in Columbus OH, May 1999, Dr p.

Choban. Beginning weight was 278 and my goal weight was 155. I was

there and a pound under. I was around 160 for he first year or

so..then slowly... a week ago at 175. Was down to 169 yesterday.

Back up to 172 today.

I tried the shakes and I cannot stand them or they make me feel ill.

I tried going back to watching what I eat and end up falling off the

wagon over and over and over. I have some physical problems so

exercise is limited but I do do them and bowflex. So I have to adjust

my intake! With all the junk and bad stuff I am eating.. I am on a

path to right where I was all those years before. I don't care what

it is.. I can eat it and I seem to have no control... so this is what

I am trying.

On Jan 21st, first thing in the morning, I started back on

liquids...like day one out of surgery. Today (Jan 23rd) is the start

of day three. Chicken or beef broth, sugar free Jell-O and sugar free

popsicles, lemon water and Water. Yes I still take my vitamins.

I can't remember amounts or exactly what we did follow those 6 weeks

out of surgery.. or was it 8 weeks? If someone has that info I would

LOVE to have it.

This is a group with few members but I am hoping to hear from you out

there. I need to do something. I can't wait till I'm 50 pounds more.

I'm frustrated and trying what ever it takes to jump start this tool

we have.

Please... I want to hear from you.

Tink
