Hey guys, Im somewhat new to the SCD and am struggling to find a consistent

answer to this question. Is Soybean Oil legal or illegal? the website

SCDDiet.org says its legal:

but then the legal food list says no here:

http://www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info/legal/legal_illegal_o-s.htm

Is there an experienced SCD'er that could weigh in. I ask because there is a

supplement I would like to add to help with my weight. Its called amino 1000.

Its ingredients are:

Soybean Oil, Gelatin, Glycerin, Titanium Dioxide

Also, how is Welches 100% grape juice legal if it contains so much sugar?
